Yoga Teacher

Katey

Katey has over 8 years of teaching experience and a deep appreciation for the many layers of yoga practice. With a background in cheer and gymnastics, she was initially drawn to yoga for its physical challenge—but it was the philosophy and inner healing that kept her coming back.

Katey teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Iyengar-inspired classes with a focus on alignment, accessibility, and self-compassion.

She has a soft spot for beginners, athletes new to yoga, and seniors, and loves guiding students into deeper awareness through thoughtful cueing, creative sequencing, and supportive modifications.
