Yin Deep Dive: Breathe
Join Catherine Coe for a 2-hour journey of exploring the breath to help maintain a healthy energy (prana=life force vital energy) body. This quiet, meditative experience will give you “tools” and knowledge to calm the nervous system.
Various Pranayama (breathwork) practices will be woven throughout. Reiki, a form of energy balancing, is given during Yin.
Suggestions: Top Layer, Hoodie, Socks, etc.-in case you need to stay warm, Eye Pillow, Your Favorite Blanket.
