Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for all members and instructors, the following cancellation policy applies:
A member can cancel a booking without any charge 4 hours before the class or appointment.
Cancellation fees applicable after free cancellation window:
If a member has unlimited credits member is charged $5.00 as cancellation fees.
If a member has limited credits we charge the booking credit.
If a member pays via quickpay, we charge $5.00 as cancellation fees.
No-Show Policy
To ensure fairness and class availability: A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a booked class or session without canceling in advance.
No-show fees applicable:
If a member has unlimited credits, member is charged $5.00 as cancellation fees.
If a member has limited credits we charge the booking credit.
If a member pays via quickpay, we charge $5.00 as cancellation fees.
