About Sangha Yoga

Our teachings are grounded in the traditional lineages of yoga and infused with other movement methodologies to explore a greater collective presences and awareness.

Founding Story

Sangha began with a question: what would it look like to build a studio that takes yoga seriously , without making it exclusive?

Nicole had already founded and led F.I.T. Yoga — Finding Inner Tranquility, for five years. When it closed during the pandemic, the loss was real. So was the clarity that followed. The work wasn’t finished.

After more than a decade of teaching across Tucson, she opened Sangha with her husband Zach’s steady partnership behind the scenes. They built it slowly. Intentionally.

The focus is simple: teachers who study the practice, teach what they love, and teach it well. Each class is designed as a complete experience, with care given to how it unfolds. Mentorship and continued education are offered openly, as part of how we support our teachers and protect the integrity of the work. Offer space for mantra, sound work, moon gatherings, workshops, retreats, and guest teachers who deepen the conversation.

People come because they want something thoughtful. They stay because the work is real.

If you’ve been curious about Sangha, come see it for yourself

Our Mission

Our Mission is to provide a welcoming, inclusive and safe space where our community feels inspired. We offer genuine and sustainable practices that will continue to evolve the whole self.

Our Vision

Our vision is to guide students in attaining lifelong wellbeing through practice, education, a supportive community and experienced teachers.

Tony Ricci

Trainer

Tony is a Mindfulness & Meditation Coach, with a deep commitment to bringing transformative practices, specifically to men’s communities. My practice focuses on cultivating self-awareness, emotional resilience, and inner peace through mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. As a Certified 200-hour Yoga Instructor, it has been said that I bring a grounded, holistic perspective to my teachings — integrating my love for nature and deep respect for the practice of yoga into everything I do. Based out of the mountains of Colorado throughout the warmer summer months, I share my years of experience in private, one-on-one yoga and meditation sessions with men. I also offer my services to the local correctional facility, where I see firsthand the impact yoga and mindfulness can have on an individual. Outside of my practice, I enjoy hiking mountains, mountain biking, and maintaining a lifestyle that honors our connection to Earth and inner-peace.

Nicole Esposito

Founder & Instructor

Nicole Esposito is a Tucson-based yoga teacher with more than fifteen years of experience and the owner of Sangha Yoga in Oro Valley. Her path into yoga began through meditation, Tai Chi Chih, and martial arts, disciplines that first introduced her to stillness, attention, and the quiet rigor of self-study. She later deepened her training in both Hatha and Kundalini traditions. In 2014, Nicole founded her first studio, F.I.T. Yoga—Finding Inner Tranquility—which served the Tucson community for five years before closing during the pandemic. That chapter affirmed her view that yoga is not merely a physical discipline, but a contemplative practice, one that refines how we inhabit the body, meet the minds, and relate to the people around us. Today she leads Sangha Yoga as both teacher and steward of the space. Her teaching reflects a belief that yoga is a lifelong inquiry and evolving study of awareness, patience, and the shared human experience that unfolds when people gather to practice together.
